Shipping and Returns

We are happy to provide a free local pickup, as well as a ship to home option.

Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days to either the home address or to Meadowood Veterinary Hospital.

ALL SALES FINAL. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, promptly contact us at 204-255-0226 with details of the products and defect/damage.

Please inspect your order the day you receive it.

If the clinic is not contacted within 4 business days of order pick up or delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be added in order to exchange the product.

All food products are 100% guaranteed by our partner food companies, and they can only be returned for the following reasons.

1.  QUALITY-there is a problem with the quality of the product. 
2.  SAFETY- if a bag is opened or the product is defective.
3.  PALIBILITY- 100% guaranteed for palpability when offered for the first time.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED.

Ship to home

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming e-commerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

South End Veterinary Hospital is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected for someone to be home for the delivery.

Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available in Winnipeg. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.
